March 14-15
Don’t Be Cruel Barbeque Duel
The 2014 4th Annual Don't Be Cruel BBQ Duel is a Kansas City Barbecue Society sanctioned BBQ competition and music festival. More details coming soon!

Art Rocks Tupelo
Art Rocks Tupelo is Tupelo's annual Arts Festival. Participating organizations include GumTree Museum, Link Centre, Tupelo Ballet, Tupelo Community Theatre, Tupelo Concert Association, Tupelo Film Alliance, and North Mississippi Symphony Orchestra. Partners include Tupelo Convention and Visitors Bureau, Downtown Tupelo Main Street Association, and Tupelo Merchants Association. More details coming soon!

March 21-22
Tupelo Crafts Beer Festival
The Tupelo Craft Beer Festival is back for it's second year, and it will be moving to the center of town and hosting this years festival at Fair Park! This year proves to be incredible, with many new breweries attending, as well as several more local food options.

April 17-19
Tupelo Film Festival
The Tupelo Film Festival has grown from a national to an international film festival offering diversity in film screenings. The 6th annual festival will begin on Thursday at 1 p.m. in the Lyric Theatre with film screenings. Thursday night we will host a special event which will include food, music and a free screening. The weekend will continue with more screenings, workshops (both for adults and children), forums, special events and end with an awards ceremony.

April 25-27
Dancing With the King
In Dancing With The King, the club is taking all of its experience with providing exciting and beneficial dance weekends and adding a fun Showdance Competition to promote Tupelo’s most famous celebrity, Elvis Presley, while continuing to offer high quality dance instruction and fun parties.

May 2-4
Tupelo Blue Suede Cruise
Classic car cruise that draws 800+ classic cars, street rods, customs and collector vehicles to Tupelo for cruising and good old rock n roll music. Live entertainment from 5:30 - 9:00 each night. Saturday morning parade of classic cars begins at 9 a.m. DJ plays hits from the 50's, 60's and 70's all day. Swap meet vendors with automotive parts and memorabilia. A car corral full of classic cars for sale.

May 3
Dudie’s Burger Festival
This Mississippi festival is a fun-filled day of food, music, living history, demonstrations, art & crafts and games for kids. Join in our tribute to the Dudie "Dough" Burger, which was the staple meal for many Tupelonians. Using Dudie Christian's original recipe, cooked in the Memphis streetcar converted to iconic diner, step into yesteryear when Americans vividly remember times of rationing and the Cold War. Enjoy entertainment Fifties style, and southern style hospitality.

May 9-11
GumTree Festival
The GumTree Festival is celebrating its 43rd year in 2014, and will be held Mother’s Day weekend, May 9th, 10th, and 11th around the Old Court House Square.   The Festival is highly respected, and brings an influx of 30,000 people to downtown Tupelo the actual weekend of the Festival.  GumTree Festival showcases the artwork of around 100 artists from all over the south and beyond.  GumTree Festival is an iconic institution for the fine arts, and we hope to see you around the Court Square this May!

June 5-8
Elvis® Presley Festival
Tupelo Elvis Festival is a musical celebration designed to honor Elvis Presley, Tupelo’s native son, and the impact that his music has on the world. Each year's festival features regional, national and local artists along with a Sunday Gospel Concert and a Tribute Artist Contest that serves as a preliminary round of the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist Contest. In addition to all of the great music, the festival features a number of local food vendors, a carnival midway, pet parade, beauty pageant, 5K run, disc golf, movie poster exhibit, and much more.
