Have you been looking for an excuse to get crazy with your
friends and family members? Look no further, the Color Vibe is bringing the
party to Tupelo April 5. Color Vibe is a 5k fun run/walk that encourages
participants to dress up in their craziest outfits and get as colorful as
possible as they run, walk, jog, skip, or even dance through the entire course
with us. At each of the four color stations, they will be blasted away with the
most vibrant color they've ever seen. The finish line is truly where the magic
happens. We end with an epic, giant dance party and large color throws to cover
any remaining part of each participant. For once, it's OK to throw something at
others and they'll be happy you did!
The Color Vibe events are centered around our COLOR. Our
magical color powder is food grade quality cornstarch that has been dyed to be
so VIBErant, your eyes might not believe it. It is non-toxic, biodegradable, and
100% safe. In fact, we've even made a banana cream pie using our color (it was
delicious)! Our color will get you the most colorful you've ever been, but
don't worry, it won't stain! Hair, skin, clothes, and shoes will be washed clean.
If you are overly sensitive, you may want to wear glasses or goggles for your
eyes and use a bandanna for your mouth. (This is especially recommended for our
younger Color Vibers).
At each event, the Color Vibe partners with a local charity
and is able to give back a portion of the proceeds to them. We LOVE being able
to give back to charities with such great causes. We'll be supporting the
Family Resource Center of Northeast Mississippi. Their mission is to provide
quality educational support services in a family based and child friendly
environment to promote healthy families and communities. We can't wait!
